The Jacksonville Jaguars have yet to get a win this season, but they have a chance to put the San Diego Chargers on upset alert as they take on a struggling Chargers secondary. The only question will be whether or not they will have the services of Cecil Shorts III and Justin Blackmon, but both players have said they plan to suit up.

If Jacksonville has both players available, they have a real shot at leaving this week with the W.
