The Atlanta Hawks Twitter account is one of the most funny in professional sports. While some teams *cough* Brooklyn Nets *cough* aren’t into having their social media accounts posting humorous things, the Atlanta Hawks seem to get enjoyment out of it. And thankfully, so can we.

You may recall during the 2013 offseason, the Hawks’ Twitter account was asked by a spambot if they wanted to exchange nude pictures. Rather than just letting it go like most accounts would, they actually replied.

It wasn’t the actual reply that was all that funny, but just the fact they did was entertaining enough.

Fast forward to this afternoon where the Hawks’ Twitter, after learning the NBA had decided to change the NBA Finals to a 2-2-1-1-1 format, suggested they will be hosting Games 1, 2, 5 and 7 – of course, 5 and 7 only if necessary.

"The NBA owners have voted to change the Finals format to 2-2-1-1-1 …which means we’ll be hosting Games 1, 2, 5* and 7* *If necessary"

Obviously, the new look Hawks have absolutely zero chance at making the NBA Finals so that added a bit more humor to the tweet, though hopefully the front office doesn’t take offense to the mild slight (or insane homerism, if you’re a glass half full type).
