Not only is San Francisco 49ers signal caller Colin Kaepernick a good quarterback, he’s a hell of an endorser apparently.

Kaepernick and his 49ers are in London this week where they’ll take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, complete with the eyes of the NFL watching their every move. Say for example, asking the popular Kaepernick to remove his pink headphones as they didn’t comply with NFL apparel rules.

It was a simple request – one that most would have likely complied with, but not according to Matt Maioccco of CSN Bay Area who said the 49ers quarterback told the league he wasn’t going to take off his headphones during his press conference.

"The NFL asked Colin Kaepernick to remove his Beats before talking to the media. He declined. No biggie. He is not subject to a fine."

Kaepernick has been a supporter of the Beats line of headphones (which are no longer built by Monster, mind you) and I guess he was determined to get them their air time.
