Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano might have confidence in his players (at least publicly) but according to former Tampa Bay Buccaneers players who played under Schiano, his locker room is not interested in reciprocating the feelings.

Michael Silver of NFL.com recently spoke to a handful of former players who have moved on, though, played under Schaino (along with others around the league) and was told the locker room is like ‘Cuba’, while Michael Bennett of the Seahawks suggested Schiano has a small man complex:

"“How bad is it there? It’s worse than you can imagine,” says one NFL player who spent 2012 with the Bucs. “It’s like being in Cuba.”“I think he just wants to flex his power,” Bennett said. “He has small [man’s] syndrome. I still talk to guys who are there, and trust me, there’s not much respect for him in that locker room.”"

Bennett of course played for the Buccaneers and Schiano last season.

It’s appearing to be just a matter of time for the Buccaneers head coach as a ‘Fire Schiano’ billboard has appeared locally as well.

The Bucs are currently 0-6 and seemingly get worse by the week.
