All week-long there has been a back and forth between Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant and Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson. Bryant answered a question comparing him and Johnson confident, but respectfully. That opened up a national debate on the two receivers and had team mates and owners chiming in. While technically they won’t be playing against one another, you can bet that the announcers will be keeping us up to date in their face off with stat comparisons.

Some have called Dallas’ defense porous, but they played a strong game against the Philadelphia Eagles last week and that has the Lions defense taking notice.

“They’re a good team, they’re a good defense, they have some good players, DeMarcus Ware, Sean Lee, there are some good young players up front,” Lions running back Reggie Bush said. “So this is another good front seven we’re going to face, we’ve got our work cut out for us.”

The Lions defense hasn’t been spectacular either, and the Cowboys could take advantage. This one might turn into a shoot out.
