Fantasy owners have a tough task ahead of them this week setting their lineups. Not only do you have to navigate six teams on a bye  week, but injuries are also starting to pile up as we near the halfway point in the season. Here’s the injuries headed into week 8:

Yellow Light

Players whose status is uncertain:

Jimmy Graham-TE-New Orleans Saints: Today is a key day for Graham. If he misses Friday’s practice, he probably won’t play Sunday. If he does get in a good session, he’ll be ready for Sunday against the Bills. He’s a top option if he plays

DeMarco Murray-RB-Dallas Cowboys: Murray has been back at practice and looks like he’ll be back as the Cowboys primary ballcarrier after missing just one week. Murray avoided a much longer term injury and can be re-deployed as you normally played him

Percy Harvin-WR-Seattle Seahawks: Harvin could be activated as soon as this week, but his status probably won’t be known until Monday. He needs to be stashed in all leagues, but probably can’t be started this week against the Rams.

James Jones-WR-Green Bay Packers: Jones hasn’t returned to practice yet, and it looks like he’ll miss another week. With Randall Cobb still out, Jones will be a great play when he gets back on the field, but owners may have to wait another week.

Danny Amendola-WR-New England Patriots: Amendola missed last week’s game after a concussion the week before. He’s back in practice this week and should be able to play Sunday against the Dolphins as long as he’s cleared.

Brandon Jacobs-RB-New York Giants: Jacobs still hasn’t returned to practice and is looking less and less likely to suit up Sunday leaving Peyton Hillis to fill the role of fantasy zombie in the Giants backfield.

Rashard Mendenhall-RB-Arizona Cardinals: Mendenhall has missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and may not be able to play this weekend. Don’t expect Andre Ellington’s touches to spike, though, since Arizona remains set on keeping him on a snap count. Ryan Williams and Alfonso Smith will be in the mix for carries as well.

Marvin Jones-WR-Cincinnati Bengals: Jones missed Wednesday and Thursday’s practices for the Bengals and his status is up in the air. He’s been emerging as a sleeper option, but find another way to go for this week.

Players not expected to play:

C.J. Spiller-RB-Buffalo Bills: It doesn’t look like Spiller will be able to play this week in New Orleans. He’s been trying to battle through an ankle injury, but probably needs a week to get back to full strength.

Josh Freeman-QB-Minnesota Vikings: Freeman had a concussion Monday Night and probably won’t play this week against Green Bay. The Vikings QB situation is officially a hot mess.

Roddy White-WR-Atlanta Falcons: White hasn’t returned to practice and probably will miss this week as well.
