The ESPN College GameDay crew headed to the northwest for the Oregon Ducks game against the UCLA Bruins. This is a match up of two of the top Pac-12 teams. Oregon comes into the game ranked third in the BCS poll, it is a drop from their No. 2 ranking in the AP poll. UCLA is ranked No. 12. Oregon could possibly move ahead of Florida State for that No. 2 spot in the BCS poll with a big win. They’ll be looking for style points.

The Duck mascot was racing the celebrity picker on a short course that involved a lone hurdle. He is lined up well and something happens on his approach. He never gets his webbed feet set just right and fails to take off and clear the hurdle. Instead he rams right into it and winds up rolling on the ground writhing in pain.

For Oregon fans, or people who just love ducks, don’t worry he was alright and didn’t suffer a serious injury. Just minutes later he was riding around campus on a pink motorcycle with Lee Corso on the back.
