The Dallas Cowboys were hopeful that starting running back DeMarco Murray would be able to suit up on Sunday afternoon for their game against the Detroit Lions, but after giving warm ups a shot, the sprained MCL will keep Murray on the sidelines for at least one more week.

Along with Murray, Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin will also not be suiting up.

From Stacey Dales of the NFL Network:

Losing Austin is not as big of a loss as it used to be.

These days, rookie Terrrence Williams has been rapidly improving and shown that he is a capable wide receiver opposite Dez Bryant, while Dwayne Harris is more than capable as a slot receiver.

In the backfield, Joseph Randle will once again get to carry the load as the Cowboys offense will need to light up the scoreboard to keep pace with the Detroit Lions on the road.
