Right now things are NOT looking good for Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.
This Washington Redskins team is coming off a hard fought and well earned victory against the Chicago Bears and are now taking apart Peyton Manning early in this game.
Right now the score stands at 21-7 in the second quarter in Denver. Which is pretty surprising considering how this Broncos team has been playing this season.
It’s still early in the game, but Washington looks like they’re finally getting things together. Alfred Morris is finding holes and chewing up yardage, RG3 is finding targets and picking up rushing yards himself.
Now, Manning was stripped by Brian Orakpo who later recovered the football which led to an Alfred Morris touchdown. Manning was then called for holding on the play.
It looked like Peyton tried to go all John Cena on Orakpo but failed to stop him from recovering the football. Shortly after this, Manning threw a pass that was intended for wide receiver Demaryius Thomas but it looked like he slipped which allowed Hall to pick off Peyton and run it in for six points.
This has been one crazy game defensively for the Washington Redskins and a frustrating time for Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos so far.
