We’re half way through the 2013 NFL season. Hard to believe the season is going by as quickly as it has, but things are starting to take shape. Divisional leaders are establishing themselves and trying to pull away from the pack, meanwhile the wild card race is taking shape.

So at the midway point of the season we decided to hand out some awards. Nothing out of the ordinary, just the midseason clubhouse leaders in multiple categories. We choose offensive and defensive rookies and players of the year, comeback player of the year, coach of the year, and MVP.

Some of the picks are a bit shocking, some are more expected. Some award categories had clear-cut winners, some had more disagreement. One thing is clear, a particular team dominated this list. After reading through, feel free to comment below and let us know who got snubbed, who should’ve won or if you agree.

For the awards we got input from the FanSided editorial team:

  • Bryan Rose, Assistant Editor of FanSided.com
  • Mike Dyce, Editor of FanSided.com
  • Josh Sanchez, Editor-in-Chief of FanSided.com
  • Patrick Allen, VP of Content of FanSided
