The Jacksonville Jaguars continue to search for their first win of the 2013-14 regular season, but it doesn’t look like they are planning any shake ups. Not only will the team not be involved in any movement at today’s tread deadline, but they plan on sticking with Chad Henne as the starting quarterback moving forward.

From Hays Carlyon of the Florida Union-Times:

Former top-ten pick Blaine Gabbert has been a disaster during his time as the starting quarterback, so it doesn’t come as a huge surprise.

What is a bit shocking is the fact that it has taken the Jaguars so long to realize Gabbert is not the answer.

Regardless of whether or not Henne is able to lead the team to victory at some point this season, you can expect the Jaguars to eye one of the top quarterbacks in next year’s draft — Louisville’s Teddy Bridgewater and Oregon’s Marcus Mariota — when they are sitting with a top three pick.
