Great news Buffalo Bills fans! Rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel returned to practice for the first time in around three-four weeks but was limited.

This is a great sign, but the current starter didn’t practice today due to a rib injury. Lewis took over for the Bills after Jeff Tuel failed to get things going for the Bills after Manuel exited against the Cleveland Browns the night of the injury.

Lewis on the other hand has been dealing with injuries ever since he was named starting quarterback for this team. No it’s not some type of curse, but his ability to stay healthy could be questioned. Right now Lewis is considered day to day and no starting quarterback for this weekend’s game has not been named just yet.

E.J. Manuel on the other hand is not expected to be available just yet as he may be sidelined until Week 12 or 13. So this is a step in the right direction, but a comeback is just out of Manuel’s reach.
