The Dallas Cowboys are gearing up for their Week 9 match up against the Minnesota Vikings, but it looks like they will once again be without some of their top players. Defensive end DeMarcus Ware, wide receiver Miles Austin and running back DeMarco Murray have been dealing with injuries for the past few weeks and we were given some updates on Friday.

Murray is expected to finally return to the lineup on Sunday, but the news isn’t as positive for Miles Austin and DeMarco Ware.

From Ed Werder of ESPN:

Ware would love to get on the field to take on Christian Ponder and the Vikings struggling offense, but the smart move would be for the Cowboys to do everything they can to ensure Ware is healthy for the long run and that he will be available later on in the season.
