  1. Baylor Bears: Art Briles and the undefeated Bears were off this week as they get ready to take on the Oklahoma Sooners. With not many people completely in belief that this team is that good, this will be their chance to show everyone on the national stage that. yes, they are for real.
  2. Oklahoma Sooners: Two weeks ago, Oklahoma ended Texas Tech’s undefeated campaign, now they’ll set out to ruin some more hopes when they take on Baylor.
  3. Oklahoma State Cowboys: Oklahoma State looked the part of the team we thought they’d be coming into the season as they dominated Texas Tech.
  4. Texas Longhorns: After a sluggish start, Texas was able to turn it on and do away with the hapless Kansas Jayhawks. This weekend they’ll travel to Morgantown for a date with West Virginia.
  5. Texas Tech Red Raiders: We wondered what would happen when this team hit the meat of that Big 12 schedule, and now we know. The Red Raiders, after starting unbeaten at 7-0, have dropped two in a row and have another tough one this week against Kansas State.
  6. Kansas State Wildcats: Speaking of Bill Snyder and company, they’re coming off a 41-7 blowout of Iowa State and they just continue to gain confidence as this season goes on.
  7. West Virginia Mountaineers: West Virginia battled back in the second half and was able to ultimately defeat a struggling TCU team.
  8. TCU Horned Frogs: 2013 may as well just end already for Gary Patterson and his team.
  9. Kansas Jayhawks: They gave Texas a fight in the first quarter, but that was about all they had in the tank. BUT, Jayhawks fans, how about Andrew Wiggins in that exhibition the other night, huh?
  10. Iowa State Cyclones: Iowa State is now experimenting with a two-quarterback system. Maybe not the best idea at this point in the season, but does it matter?
