Just six weeks after being in after being a car accident that was famously caused by pizza, Detroit Lions’ wide receiver Nate Burleson was back at practice.

That doesn’t mean Burleson will play Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

“I’d caution reading too much [into] him being out there and being back,” Lions’ head coach Jim Schwartz told Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com. “But he is progressing well and everyone is pleased with his progression. We all know how tough a guy Nate is. If it was up to him, he probably would have missed one game, but there’s only so much that you can do with healing bones and stuff.”

Before being injured, Burleson had 219 yards and 19 receptions in three games.

“The big thing with Nate is when we do get him back, we’re going to get him back, but we want to make sure he’s back for good,” explained Schwartz. “To do that, we have to avoid setbacks and stuff like that. But he’s doing well.”

The Lions and Bears will kickoff at 1:00 pm EST.

The Lions defeated the Bears 40-32 in their first matchup back on September 29.
