The Minnesota Vikings are currently fighting tooth and nail to get their second win of the season against the Washington Redskins and seem as if they’re going to be close to getting that as they have the lead late in the fourth quarter, 34-27.

Star running back Adrian Peterson has been pretty good in this one, as usual, as he’s carried the ball 20 times for 75 yards and has added two touchdowns to the effort. The Redskins have had as much trouble with him as most teams have throughout his career. Continually, they’ve needed more than one person to bring him down.

On this play, though, that whole tackling task seemed a little more difficult than usual.

On 2nd-and-13 mid way through the fourth quarter and trying to add to their lead, Peterson took the ball and proceeded to burst right through the middle of the Redskins defense, where he bounced like the human pinball that he is:

And of course he got that first down. Was there any doubt about that?
