Coming into today with a two-game losing streak, including being blown out by the Patriots last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to gain some confidence back by defeating the Buffalo Bills at home, 23-3.

With about six minutes to go , the Bills actually took an early 3-0 lead off a Dan Carpenter field goal, but it was all Steelers from that moment on.

QB Ben Roethlisberger finished the game with 204 yards on 18-of-30 passing with one touchdown strike. That TD play came in the second quarter when Roethlisberger found WR Jerricho Cotchery for a five-yard scoring hook up.

The star in this one on offense for the Steelers was Antonio Brown who caught six balls for 104 yards.

Le’Veon Bell led the way for Pittsburgh on the ground with 57 yards on 22 carries and also added in a four-yard score in the third.

For Buffalo, this game marked the return of rookie QB EJ Manuel to the lineup after recovering from a knee injury suffered earlier in the year. In his first game back, though, the Buffalo offense really couldn’t get much going against Dick LeBeau’s defense.

Manuel finished his return game with 155 yards and a late TD pass in the fourth quarter.
