Cincinnati Bengals rookie running back Giovani Bernard was listed as questionable for today’s pivotal AFC North match up against the Baltimore Ravens, but the team’s fans don’t need to worry with the news on Sunday morning that Bernard will be good to go against the Ravens and he is set to play.

Bernard, who has been dealing with a rib injury that limited him in practice all week, has been a dynamic offensive threat for the team and he will be crucial to their success moving forward.

With a win, the Bengals will be able to extend their division lead over the rest of their struggling foes, but a loss will put them in danger of slipping out of the top spot.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping to string together some wins in the second half of the season and the Cleveland Browns are just a couple of games back, so a loss opens the door for one of those teams to make a late charge to the top in the final stretch of the season.

Cincinnati and Baltimore kick off at 1 p.m. ET, so we will learn by the afternoon whether Bernard’s presence will be enough to help the team to victory.
