The Denver Broncos are coming off a bye week after falling to the Indianapolis Colts and beating the Washington Redskins before getting that well needed week off.
This team has started off strong but looks like playing all those games the first nine weeks of the season is starting to catch up with them. Of course they’re still going to be making some big plays, but the offensive line has been allowing opposing teams to get to their quarterback a lot more than they expected.
Today the Broncos are in San Diego looking to make it two wins in a row and so far things are looking great. Peyton was able to find break out tight end Julius Thomas after he found him with what started off as a five or six yard pick up, turned into a 74 yard touchdown run. Thomas was able to show off that speed as he quickly turned his body after pulling the ball too him and turned on the burners.
The receivers provided some beautiful blocking, allowing him to break away from everybody and walk into the end zone to take the lead.
