The Baltimore Ravens have taken an early lead against the Cincinnati Bengals, but they also have a big problem on defense.

Pro Football Talk is reporting that Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Hgata has been sent to the locker room for evaluations after suffering a sprained knee.

Ngata has been disruptive early against the Bengals, but an awkward landing brought the trainers out onto the field.

He was able to walk off the field under his own power, which is always a good sign, but he will be missed in the center of the Ravens defense. And even though they are leading 10-0, the Ravens need all hands on deck if they are going to beat the 6-3 Bengals at home.
