The St. Louis Rams are dominating the Indianapolis Colts and Andrew Luck on Sunday. The Rams were up 38-0 in the third quarter before the Colts finally scored. The biggest hero of the game has been rookie wide receiver Tavon Austin. He has caught two passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns. he also returned a punt 97-yards for a touchdown.
They were also three consecutive scores or what hockey fans would call “a natural hat trick.” It makes you wonder why Austin wasn’t having this kind of success earlier in the season. He picked a big day to have a big game, not many people had the Rams to beat the Colts.
He could find these types of games harder to find in the future, the rest of the NFL will be keeping a closer eye on him when game-planning.
