During the Chicago Bears Week 10 loss to the division rival Detroit Lions, it was clear that he was less than 100 percent as the game went on. Cutler was eventually removed from the game for the potential game-tying drive in favor of back up Josh McCown, but the Bears still failed to convert a two-point conversion to even the score.
Now, after undergoing further testing, the Bears have delivered an update on Cutler.
Cutler will be listed as week-to-week as he recovers from what was diagnosed as a high-ankle sprain.
From NFL Around the League:
Bears announce Cutler is week-to-week with high ankle sprain. Charles Tillman to IR, designated to return. Ouch.

Many will question the decision of Bears head coach Marc Trestman for sticking with Cutler even when it was clear he was less than 100 percent, but the team will need to regroup and find a way to keep pace in the NFC North.
The good news is that McCown has played well in relief of Cutler, so they should be just fine.
