  1. Baylor Bears: After people begging for this team to beat a legitimate opponent, the Bears went out and obliterated Oklahoma. Now, they’ll have another chance to prove their national worth against Texas Tech.
  2. Texas Longhorns: After surviving in overtime in Morgantown against West Virginia, the Longhorns will continue their quest for a Big 12 title when they take on Oklahoma State this week.
  3. Oklahoma State Cowboys: After getting their turn at embarrassing Kansas, Mike Gundy and his team will see if they can be the ones to put the brakes to Texas.
  4. Oklahoma Sooner: Because of their record, they stay near the top. But, after what they showed–or didn’t–against Baylor, this may not be the team we thought it was when the season began.
  5. Kansas State Wildcats: Bill Snyder has once again found out how to get a football team to click, and it showed in the 49-26 beatdown of Texas Tech. Next up, they’ll have a shot at a sixth win when they take on a struggling TCU team.
  6. Texas Tech Red Raiders: We all assumed that this team wasn’t as good as their undefeated record to begin the year may have suggested, and we found out for the second week in a row that that’s indeed the case.
  7. West Virginia Mountaineers: They had Texas on the ropes, but just couldn’t finish the job at home. However, they get to be the ones this week to use Kansas as a punching bag.
  8. TCU Horned Frogs: After surviving a scare from Iowa State, the Frogs will now see if they can figure out how to stop the resurgent Kansas State team.
  9. Iowa State Cyclones: They were very close to getting their first Big 12 win of the year vs. TCU, but fell just short. This week, they’ll travel to Norman to take on a very angry Oklahoma team.
  10. Kansas Jayhawks: Andrew Wiggins has started playing actual basketball games on campus in Lawrence, meaning I’m not sure anyone knows that Charlie Weis and the football team even exist.
