The Dallas Cowboys offense couldn’t get anything going on Sunday night against the New Orleans Saints. The Cowboys put up a total 193 yards on offense, that included going 0-9 on third down. Tony Romo completed 10 of 24 passes for 128 yards.
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant had one catch for 44 yards, and was only thrown towards twice. Bryant was asked after the game why he wasn’t more involved and Dez wisely sidestepped the question. Bryant did say his back, which had been sore, wasn’t a factor.
Rookie Terrance Williams got five passes thrown his way and only caught one, while Cole Beasley had four passes thrown his way and also only caught one. That kind of track record would make you want to target Bryant who was double teamed and pressured at the line frequently.
Tight end Jason Witten was also targeted 6 times but only caught two passes.
Why wasn’t Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant more involved in the game plan?: “I just do as asked. That’s what I do. I can’t answer that.”

Dez Bryant said his back didn't bother him at all against the Saints. But targeted only twice and had just one catch for 44 yards.
