There are a lot of terms to describe New York Knicks swingman, J.R. Smith.

Modest would not be one. But at least the guy has fun, which can’t be said for a handful of fellow NBA players.

Smith, who was suspended for the first five games of the season for violating the NBA’s drug policy made his season debut on Sunday which, well, didn’t go so well. The Knicks were destroyed by the San Antonio Spurs while Smith, who played twenty minutes shot 1 of 9 from the floor, including 1 of 5 from behind the arc.

The volume shooter admitted that he had some conditioning issues during the game after missing time, though I’m going to assume those conditioning issues came more from his pre-game dance than actually playing.

As the Knicks were waiting to take the floor, Smith engaged in an interesting maneuver with Raymond Felton while a handful of Knick fans watched in the background.

And yes, I’m currently doing the same dance right now. Care to join in?!
