Ever since the dawn of the Twitter era, there has been a lot of Twitter beef between professional athletes, musicians and other celebrities.

It’s easier to call someone out these days, but it often leads to something far worse than words being typed and sent out for the world to see.

The two professional athletes in the spot light right now when it comes to ‘Twitter Beef’ or whatever they want to call it, is former Sixth Man of the Year J.R. Smith and Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings.

What started it was Brandon Jennings tweeting about J.R. Smith’s brother Chris being in the league but Eugene ‘Pooh’ Jeter or Bobby Brown (not the R&B singer) isn’t. Now of course if anybody who has a sibling sees someone bashing their brother or sister, they’re going to come to their defense.

There’s nothing wrong with that. Anyways, Smith and Jennings exchanged Tweets here and there which died down around 1:30 am today.

Does anybody remember CM Punk and Chris Brown’s Twitter beef? That was hilarious.

Here’s some of the Tweets that they sent out.
