Well it looks like starting quarterback Terrelle Pryor may not be playing against the Houston Texans this weekend, but according to Vic Tafur on Twitter he was still out on the practice field but was limited.

Now yesterday fellow FanSided writer Matt Cowlishaw posted that McGloin would be ready to step in. Well right now, all signs are pointing to that happening. It’s a little disappointing considering how well Pryor and the Raiders were playing this season despite a 3-6 record.

This team was a squad that I thought would be able to turn it around with Pryor under center and finally make the post season but things have slowed down within the last couple of weeks.

If McGloin is the one the Raiders decide to roll with on Sunday, it’ll be against a defense that’s been clawing it’s way back in the spotlight as of late. The Texans currently rank first against the pass which isn’t good news for a guy who is stepping up this late in the year.
