Minnesota Vikings’ season summed up in on GIF

The Minnesota Vikings are playing the Seattle Seahawks in the Northwest today. They look like they’re headed to a game where they’re over. The Vikings are actually hanging in there but BuzzFeed Sports posted a GIF that just seemed to sum up the Vikings season so far.

Adrian Peterson is running towards the line to get a hand off from Christian Ponder, but Ponder is coming right at him. Ponder isn’t even holding the ball out to his side one way or the other, just in front of him. Maybe he didn’t expect Peterson to get there that quickly.

He tries to get out of the way but they collide and Ponder takes of running looking to make something happen. I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt to Peterson and assume he was the one out of the two running the play correctly.
