  1. Ohio State Buckeyes: They scored a massive amount of points again, however, they also gave up a lot on defense–to Illinois. They lost some confidence with the human voters and are now in danger of getting jumped.
  2. Michigan State Spartans: It was close, but Sparty was able to fend off a valiant effort from Nebraska to keep their eventual trip to Indy intact. With Northwestern up next, they should take one more step toward the showdown with Ohio State next month.
  3. Wisconsin Badgers: Another week, another dominant win for the Badgers who seem as if they may end up getting an at-large BCS berth. I hear Miami is nice in January, Wisconsin fans.
  4. Minnesota Golden Gophers: With their recent string of success, Minnesota had a bye this past weekend and now will see if they can keep the magic going against Wisconsin. The run may stop here.
  5. Nebraska Cornhuskers:  If it weren’t for turning the ball over five times, they may be a little higher because they more than likely would’ve defeated Michigan State. But, they didn’t and will now head on to Happy Valley for a date with Penn State.
  6. Michigan Wolverines: It took an overtime period against Northwestern, but Big Blue got win number seven on the year.
  7. Iowa Hawkeyes: The 6-4 Hawkeyes were on a bye Saturday and will now welcome in Michigan to Kinnick this week.
  8. Penn State Nittany Lions: Just like everyone else, Penn State easily handled Purdue and now get set to host a seven-win Nebraska team.
  9. Indiana Hoosiers: The Hoosiers have to complete their nightmare two-week stretch coming up against Ohio State after being shellacked by Wisconsin on Saturday.
  10. Northwestern Wildcats: Another week, another loss. The bad news now is that they have Michigan State up next.
  11. Illinois Fighting Illini: Theses young men almost flipped the national landscape upside down, but fell short as they couldn’t stop Ohio State from scoring. The good news, though, is that these guys are next…
  12. Purdue Boilermakers: Nothing changed from the past few weeks, Boilermakers fans. Just give it time with Coach Hazell.
