Hakeem Nicks, wide receiver of the New York Giants, missed practice yesterday and was seen on the exercise bike. Today however, he was back on the practice field.

According to ESPN,

"Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was back on the practice field for the New York Giants on Thursday, one day after sitting out with what the team called a groin injury. Nicks did everything everyone else did during the portion of practice that was open to the media and looked fine running routes. While nothing can be certain and much could change, at this point there’s no reason to doubt his availability for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys."

Nicks wasn’t the only one returning to practice today, there were quite a few other players that came back as well.

"Joining Nicks at practice was… well, the entire team. All 53 current members of the Giants’ roster (i.e., everybody who’s not on injured reserve) were on the field and working Thursday. That includes defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul, running back Brandon Jacobs, fullback John Conner and cornerbacks Terrell Thomas and Trumaine McBride, all of whom missed Wednesday’s practice. It also includes cornerback Corey Webster, who practiced on a limited basis Wednesday. I am not joking when I say I literally cannot remember the last time Webster practiced two days in a row. My best estimate on that is Week 2."
