Saints catch Falcons off guard with run at end of second half (GIF)

The New Orleans Saints enter halftime of their NFC South match up against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday Night Football with a narrow 14-13 lead, but they almost had a chance to extend their lead after the Saints caught the Atlanta defense off guard at the end of the second quarter.
The Saints handed the ball off to running back Pierre Thomas, who gashed the Falcons defense for a big gain.
Luckily, the Falcons were able to bring Thomas to the ground and avoid a bigger deficit entering the third quarter.
