Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin is no stranger to injuries and this year was the same old story. Austin has been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury that has kept him out of action for the past few weeks, but he is finally ready to return.

This week, Austin was able to be a full participant in Cowboys practice as the team prepares for their big NFC East match up against the division rival New York Giants on Sunday.

With Austin able to practice, he is expected to return to the team’s starting line up in Week 12.

The Cowboys need to get a big win over the Giants in order to keep pace with the Philadelphia Eagles and return to the top of the NFC East, so having Austin will provide a boost to the passing game and allow Dez Bryant to feel less pressure on the outsides.

With Austin’s return, rookie wide receiver Terrance Williams could see some reduced targets. However, if that leads to more production from the team then everyone should be happy.
