No, a picture hasn’t surfaced as of yet, but apparently Cowboys defensive lineman Jason Hatcher had fake blood smeared across his face while he talked with reporters after the Dallas defeated the New York Giants by the score of 24-21 on Sunday afternoon.

According to Todd Archer at ESPN Dallas, Hatcher shot back at Jason Pierre-Paul and comments by other Giants players in the week preceding the divisional match-up. Pierre-Paul referenced spilling “a lot of blood” on the field during the game, among other incendiary comments.

Well, the Cowboys won. And Hatcher took his celebration/taunt to another level. While wearing the fake blood, he exclaimed “I just finished eating a Giant”. Weird stuff, to be sure.

Not sure if this is the kind of thing the league will fine Hatcher for. It probably can just be filed under the insanely weird. Here’s hoping we hear what coach Jason Garrett thought of the stunt. That should be a fun quote.
