The Buffalo Bills aren’t currently for sale, but they will be once legendary owner Ralph Wilson passes away.

Who they’ll be sold to is currently unknown, though, many have suggested that the Toronto group who plays host to the Bills organization every year will be one of the likely parties interested in purchasing the team. Also reportedly interested? Jon Bon Jovi. Yes, that Jon Bon Jovi.

The rock star formerly owned the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League, which ceased operations in 2009 (before eventually returning) and has long been interested in purchasing a majority stake in an NFL franchise. Of course, that’s not nearly as easy as it sounds considering the politics involved and the fact that teams hardly ever come up for sale.

But the Bills being available is inevitable and Bon Jovi reportedly wants in:

"Rock star Jon Bon Jovi is consumed with purchasing an NFL team, according to numerous sources with knowledge of the situation, and is among the parties positioning to purchase the Buffalo Bills when the team comes up for sale."
