Ravens’ Haloti Ngata active against Jets
By Corey Leahy
During the game against he Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata suffered a knee injury. He was able to play through he injury, but has missed many practices ever since.
Ngata was not a participant in the team’s practices last week, and was not a part of the game last Sunday against the Chicago Bears. He wasn’t a full participant in the beginning of this week’s practices, however he has been coming around since his injury and all signs have pointed to him playing today against the New York Jets.
As it stands right now, the Ravens have listed Ngata as questionable, but active. The same can also be said for CB Ladarius Webb and ILB Daryl Smith, according to Rotoworld.
Baltimore has also listed seven inactive players for today’s week 12 match up. CB Asa Jackson, S Omar Brown, RB Bernard Scott, OL Ryan Jensen, WR Deonte Thompson, OLB John Simon, and DT Brandon Williams will all not play against the Jets as the Ravens look to gain a one game lead on the Jets for the sixth and final wild card spot.
