The Washington Redskins have the national stage on Monday Night Football as they take on the San Francisco 49ers, and their struggles that they have been dealing with all season have continued. Robert Griffin III and the Redskins offense have not had an easy time getting the ball going, as the three three-and-outs to start the game have shown us.

Griffin, who some have dubbed RG3-and-out, has been missing his receivers all over the field and his biggest miss came with a horrendous overthrow deep down the field to a wide open target.

Here is the overthrow:

Of course, Griffin realized his mistake and his frustration on the field was obvious.

Griffin has failed to show any form of pocket presence at multiple points this season, so the team needs to hope for a quick turnaround.

If not, Griffin needs to show some serious improvement or the Redskins will need to strongly consider benching him in favor of Kirk Cousins.
