Few owners in the NFL are more unique than that of Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay. Few are also more active on social media, where Irsay, completely irritated by his team in recent weeks suggested they need to get their heads out of their butts.

Irsay gave the ‘advice’ on Twitter Tuesday afternoon:

"Must find a way 2 win Division,no excuses,no explanations..hide weaknesses, accent strengthens/We gotta get our heads out of r butts-WAKE UP! I didn’t break the bank, millions cash over cap/Load Brinks Truck, only to be hijacked n stormed on the way 2 stadium by machine gun MANIACS!"

The Colts of course were manhandled by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12, one of many recent blowouts the Colts have found themselves on the wrong end of.

Indianapolis started the season with one of the more difficult schedules in the league and seemingly ran through it, though when the schedule seemed to lighten up a bit the Colts fell apart and now sit at a solid 7-4, though do have a few suspect losses in recent weeks.

Thankfully for the Colts and their fans, they play in quite possibly the worst division in the league and shouldn’t have any problem securing the AFC South crown.
