As the Pittsburgh Steelers get preparation in to full swing for their Thanksgiving Day match up against the AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens in the nightcap in prime time, they received some good news on the defensive side of the ball.

Starting defensive end Brett Keisel, who has been dealing with plantar fasciitis that forced him to sit out the past two games, is practicing in full and he is expected to suit up against the Ravens.

Keisel isn’t a huge impact player along the front of the Steelers defense, but he is a leader that will go out there and fire his troops up. He also has plenty of experience in the big games, which this is certainly going to be.

The loser of the Steelers at Ravens match up will fall behind in the AFC Wild Card race and likely kiss their chances of turning around their rough starts to the season to make the playoffs goodbye.

As far as must-win games go at this point in the season, this is as close as you can get.
