The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a rare tie in their latest contest with the Green Bay Packers.

Even though it’s not a loss and they sit at the bottom of the division, they would have loved to walk out of Green Bay with a victory under their belt. A win against Green Bay would have given them plenty of momentum coming into Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears.

Right now the Packers and Vikings are trailing the Bears and Lions in the division. This Sunday is a must win game for the Bears as the Vikings could be playing spoiler instead of pushing towards the playoffs like they were at this time last year.

While they work on their game plan for Sunday, running back Adrian Peterson and Greg Jennings missed practice today. Peterson has been dealing with a bit of a groin injury but didn’t suffer anything damaging during Sunday’s game against the Packers.

Today was just a rest day for Peterson so he should be in the lineup against a banged up rushing defense.

Veteran wide receiver Greg Jennings was able to suit up but didn’t necessarily look 100 percent. He’ll play on Sunday against Chicago but may not get a lot of snaps considering how poor the Bears are against the running game.
