The Dallas Cowboys have scored 24 unanswered points on Thursday night to take the lead over the Oakland Raiders in their Thanksgiving Day match up. Dallas was down early, but they came charging back in the second half thanks to a rejuvenated rushing attack.

Unfortunately for the Cowboys, back up running back Lance Dunbar suffered a knee injury that forced him to the sidelines.

The Cowboys official Twitter account passed along the news that Dunbar would not be able to return for the remainder of the game.

Dunbar provided a spark for the Cowboys with a 45-yard run that took the Cowboys into Raiders territory. Shortly after, he took a low hit that injured his knee and forced him out of the game.

Hopefully the injury will not keep him out for an extended period of time.
