We were treated to a triple-header of NFL action on Thursday as we managed to sit back after our Thanksgiving feasts and take in the games, but we still have a full slate of games to finish out this weekend when the NFL comes back to invade our homes on Sunday afternoon.

While the Thursday match ups got Week 13 in full swing, the games on Sunday will continue to affect the playoff picture and allow us to see how things are shaping up, so teams that want to keep their dreams alive will need to find a way to avoid an upset.

Unfortunately, it is bound to happen with so many games on the schedule, so let’s take a look at some of the teams who could find themselves struggling in Week 13 and coming away with the losses.

I would not call the Bengals winning an upset really. The Bengals have a much better defense and a potentially top ten offense (when good Andy shows up). If anything the Chargers winning (even at home) should be considered the slight upset. BTW, I am a Chargers fan. The Chargers have a solid offense but their defense is just so bad.

The ONLY way the Chiefs beat the Broncos on Sunday is if… Um… Well… Ah hell, there is no way.

I actually think (hope) it will be a good game. The Broncos are not infallible, and the mantra of “any given sunday” rings very true (ask the colts). Smug satisfaction in your Manning crush notwithstanding, they still have to play the game. Looking forward to it.
