After Sunday’s Week 12 match up between the New England Patriots and Houston Texans, a Reliant Stadium security guard lost his job for posing for a photograph with Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Asking for autographs or photos from players is a violation of the company policy and the employer decided to give a brief statement on the issue.

“It is strictly against CSC policy for its employees to request photos or autographs from players,” Contemporary Services Corporation, or CSC, told KHOU 11 News this statement. “CSC stands by its decision to terminate the two employees who violated this policy.”

Here is the photo that got the security guard fired:

There was also another security guard who was axed for doing the same thing.

While it seems a bit extreme, you must act like a professional at all times on the clock and if you go against your company policy then you know what is coming. Unfortunately, the company policy was apparently crossed and now the security guards are unemployed.
