Kobe Bryant, Lionel Messi Star In Turkish Airlines Ad (Video)

Now this is funny.

Turkish Airlines have Kobe Bryant and Lionel Messi as their endorsers, and I can’t imagine that’d be cheap. In this ad, Bryant and Messi have a competition, but it has nothing to do with their respective sports. The biggest soccer star and arguably the biggest basketball star in the world get into a “selfie” competition.

Bryant and Messi fly all over the world to try and get the best selfie, and hilarity ensues. It’s cool to see these guys have a little fun, and Kobe’s face in the last one is priceless.

The company has a pretty brilliant marketing team, and it shows in their commercials. Here is last year’s showdown:

These are hilarious, and I honestly think we will start anticipating the next one. Let’s hope Kobe gets back on the court soon, and that his game is as good on the court as it is with selfies.
