Bucks’ Larry Sanders goes on rant on Instagram
By Mike Dyce
To fill you in, Milwaukee Bucks center Larry Sanders was cited by Milwaukee police for his role in a late-night incident at a night club in early November. Sanders’ lawyer have said that they will fight to clear his name.
“We are going to defend him,” [attorney Michael] Hart told the Journal-Sentinel. “He has gotten a bad rap. The facts will bear that out.”
"The Associated Press reports that Sanders was cited on disorderly conduct and assault and battery charges, two municipal citations, and that police will not pursue criminal charges. The incident occurred at a club called “Apartment 720,” which is located less than a mile from the Bradley Center. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that the two charges carry total fines of $551 and that a court date has been set for Jan. 21."
Apparently Sanders is ready to defend himself on Instagram. I always wonder why people take to Instagram to issue statements or write messages, that is kind of the platform Twitter was built for, or Facebook even. Still, Instagram was Sanders’ choice.
Basically, Sanders is speaking out against those people judging him with out knowing the whole story (despite a video being released) and he went a little Kanye West.
