The Baltimore Ravens got some great news when Dennis Pitta was able to return to practice. His return to live action would be a slow process as he would be eased into things instead of picking up a full work load.

He’s been practicing for a couple weeks now and appears to be ready to get back to work for the defending Super Bowl champions as he was added to the active roster.

Pitta will more than likely be limited to a snap count on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings but should help this team out a lot. They lack that possession receiver but have been able to make things work during the second half of the season.

Baltimore is currently pushing to at least pick up a Wild Card spot in these last four games of the year. They’re going to need everybody including Pitta to step up and kick it into second gear.
