This week can make or break your entire fantasy season with a big or a bad week since most teams that still have a game on he schedule are playing in their playoffs. If your team has gone through this year without an elite tight end option, there’s still some nice options that you can start this week even though they’re not locked into starting roles in many leagues. Here’s my top 4 tight end sleepers for this week:

Ladarius Green-San Diego Chargers

Green has jumped into a huge role for the Chargers and played 61 of the Chargers 67 snaps last week. He’s basically playing as a wide receiver as Eddie Royal continues to battle injuries. He should be a good play this week against the Giants as the Chargers offense continues to find ways to get him in mismatches and take advantage of his unique size/speed blend.

Jared Cook-St. Louis Rams

No team in the NFL allows more fantasy points to opposing tight ends than the Arizona Cardinals so playing Cook against the Cards on Sunday is a good move. Arizona has given up six TE touchdowns in the last four games and 14 on the season. The first two of those were actually to Cook who caught two TDs against them in week one as part of a 10-catch, 166-yard season opener. Cook hasn’t had a great season since, but I think he can help your fantasy team if you need help this week.

Heath Miller-Pittsburgh Steelers

Miller caught eight passes last week and has 21 receptions in his last three weeks for a total of 194 yards. He’s a favorite target of Big Ben and will be facing the Dolphins who allow the fifth-most points to opposing TE on the season.

John Carlson-Minnesota Vikings

Carlson is in a tough matchup against the Ravens, but he does have some upside since he has been very involved in the Vikings offense since taking over for Kyle Rudolph. He has been over 60 yards in three of his last four games and has a total of 19 catches over that span.
