Broncos draw within one touchdown after Manning to Caldwell TD (GIF)

Peyton Manning remains in pursuit of Tom Brady’s single-season passing touchdowns record and he is one step closer after hitting wide receiver Andre Caldwell for a five-yard touchdown pass to bring the Denver Broncos within a touchdown.

The San Diego Chargers were holding a two touchdown lead entering the fourth quarter, but you can never count Manning and company out.

Manning drove his team down the field with ease, before capping off the drive with a score.

Here is the touchdown pass that brought the score to 24-17:

The Broncos must now rely on their defense to slow down the Chargers, as they look to make a fourth quarter comeback and secure another win.
