Grant Hill, or as I prefer to call him, Mr. Tamia has been on a bit of a media whirlwind in recent months as the former NBA All-Star is now the host of Inside Stuff, a popular NBA-inspired television program that was popular in the 90’s and early 2000’s.

The program was recently brought back to the air with Hill as one of the hosts, thus, the constant media attention surrounding the NBA great. That has also landed Hill other gigs, like filling in on TNT’s ‘Inside the NBA’ where he confessed that Shaquille O’Neal once choked out a teammate while they played together with the Phoenix Suns.

One would assume Shaq was being his relatively playful self, but according to Hill it was legit:

"It turns out O’Neal and Gordan Giricek, who had been with the Suns for all of six weeks, mixed it up verbally during a closed practice to the point that O’Neal auditioned for his WWE future. He put Giricek in a sleeper hold, except it was no fake. Giricek passed out.Giricek played in the remainder of the season, but it was his last NBA season."

Yikes.

I guess in addition to ending the careers of scrubs on opposing teams, Shaq did it to his own teammates as well.
