1. Andy Reid

This one is a no-brainer.

Reid has taken a 2-win team to a playoff-caliber team in his first season in Kansas City. The Chiefs were already stocked up with Pro Bowlers from their disappointing season a year ago but take that roster, add Alex Smith and Andy Reid bursting through a brick wall like the Kool-Aid man and you have yourself a playoff contender.

The team went undefeated through their first nine games and weak schedule or not if you look at the rest of the AFC it’s pretty plain to see how difficult it is to win games consistently in this league. There’s no telling how far the Chiefs will go this season because they’ll most likely be playing their playoff games on the road but just for the regular season turnaround alone Andy Reid gets my vote. Oh yeah!
