This has been a likelihood since early in the week.  Willis McGahee suffered a concussion against the New England Patriots while John Greco suffered a knee sprain.  The Cleveland Browns signed Edwin Baker to help at the running back position with McGahee out; Baker was initially brought into San Diego when offensive coordinator was with the San Diego Chargers.  Jason Pinkston came in to fill in for Greco at left guard and will start there Sunday, unless something unforeseen arises.

Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland also goes on to say this, which would not be a huge surprise.  Brandon Weeden suffered a concussion at the end of the Jacksonville Jaguars game.  If Weeden is cleared, he will become the backup behind Jason Campbell with Alex Tanney as the third option.  The Browns had already released Caleb Hanie, the backup from last week.

The Browns take on the Chicago Bears in their last home game of the season and a critical game for the Bears if they are going to stay alive in the NFC North division race.
